We have held you in Love
These last difficult months;
You were surrounded with Love
The moment of your passing.
We will miss
Your cards, your cakes,
Your smile, your faith,
Your welcoming hugs.
We will honor you
By remembering such generosity of spirit,
-- Sharing it with each other
And with those we would help.
So rest in Peace
Our dear friend,
Marilyn's beloved,
Everyone's mamele,
Marilyn's beloved,
Everyone's mamele,
God's butterfly.
Lovey died last night at 9:34 pm, surrounded by friends, family, prayers and Love.
Marilyn requests some quiet time for herself right now, but please feel free to post comments here to support her and each other. (Click on 'Rest in Peace' above and then click on 'Post a Comment' below.)
A memorial service is being planned in late September. Contributions to defray the cost would be appreciated payable to: M. Carole Malone for Lovey’s Butterfly Fund and sent to the house at: 2873 Lincoln Ave, Richmond, CA 94804.
And if you see a butterfly in the next few days, chances are…

Dear friends of Lovey,
If you received my email about Lovey's passing, please forward it on to others you know if you didn't see them on the list. Lovey knew so many people and we want to make sure that everyone is notified.
p.s. Here is Lovey's favorite prayer. According to
Karen she said it every day--- we were reading it when
she passed:
My Lord God,
I have no idea where I am going. I do not see the road
ahead of me. I cannot know for certain where it will
end. Nor do I really know myself, and the fact that I
think that I am following your will does not mean that
I am actually doing so. But I believe that the desire
to please you does in fact please you. And I hope I
have that desire in all that I am doing. I hope that I
will never do anything apart from that desire. And I
know that if I do this you will lead me by the right
road though I may know nothing about it. Therefore
will I trust you always though I may seem to be lost
and in the shadow of death. I will not fear, for you
are ever with me, and you will never leave me to face
my perils alone.

Blessings to all of you who loved Lovey. It was my pleasure to be her fellow student as well as her teacher in SpiritWalking Aqua Chi'i(TM). May her passing bless all of us just as her life and presence in our lives has blessed all of us. May her butterflies comfort us and remind us that she is ever present, ever with us, even as she is in the next life moving on.
Much love,
May Cotton
Peace and Blessings Lovey.
Thank you for helping me to stay sober and for helping me to be mindful of service.
Lovey has gone on to that peaceful place where she is safe from pain. We are now there for you 100% Marilyn - to hold you in our arms and hearts, to listen, laugh and cry with you.
all our love

Lovey was an amazing person. I only had a short
time to know her. I helped her realize the dream of
a "Croning". I met her and immediately liked her...I had made a new friend.
She made the "Croning" easy as she knew who she was and she knew what she liked. Of all the women I have worked with she really was at the Wise Woman place during her "Croning". She had been through so much and there was so much to give to all of us. This is what it is about...sharing
the wisdom... and she did that. With all family and friends gathered when she appeared out of her
door on to the deck...she glowed..she was beautiful...she was glorious... I could barely continue with the ceremony... I was so taken by
her...It was truly a very wonderful experience and
she looked amazing in her crown too. She was
sweet, gracious and very giving. I feel blessed
to know her...and certainly to have eaten one of
her cakes! Thank you Lovey!!!!!!
& Marilyn ... thank you for all your help during the "Croning" and her honoring time. I am thinking of you now and wishing you the very best.
Each time I see a White Butterfly I will remember the blessings I have recieved from Lovey!!
